Prime Healthcare Services was established in 2001 by Chairman of the Board Prem Reddy, MD., F.A.C.C., F.C.C.P. It operates 27 acute care hospitals serving communities in San Bernardino, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County and Shasta County in California, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Kansas, Rhode Island, and Texas.
